In addition to his work with educators and leaders, Bryan works with students and parents by providing workshops, teaching classes, and conducing focus groups. His most popular parent workshops include: “Everything (almost) you wanted to know about your child’s brain but didn’t know who ask”, “Raising the strong willed child”, “The effects of drugs and alcohol on the teen brain”, and “Helping reluctant learners take risks”
Dr. Harris also supports school improvement efforts by conducting parent, student, staff, and community focus groups. These informational meetings collect data, impressions, and feedback about the beliefs and desires of the group. The information and data collected is compiled in a report that aides school leaders and decision makers in considering steps towards organizational improvement.
